If you have a job, chances are that you experience workplace stress. This stress can impact your performance at work and have other negative health consequences as well. But, there are many ways that you can relieve stress at work, and we have a list of them right here for you.

- Drink a Cup of Tea – There are many teas on the market that are designed to help you relieve stress. Not only are they good for you, but in most cases, there should be no issue with you having the tea at work. Even if it isn’t stress relieving, even your favorite drink (non-alcoholic of course) can help you to relax.

It would actually appear that something was really missing from our lives if there was absolutely no stress. What a stress ball is is a small pliable toy and it can be squeezed to relive stress and relax the nerves. There are many various sizes and types of stress balls and they are available just about anywhere. many people are choosing to learn to make their own stress balls now.
Making a stress ball is fairly simple. Take a small, round balloon and blow it up about five inches around. While pinching the end of the balloon shut, place a funnel inside. Slide cornstarch into the funnel, slowly let go of the balloon, allowing the cornstarch to enter the balloon. Keep doing this until the balloon is filled about three inches around. Tie the balloon closed and stretch another balloon over the top of it and tie that one as well. The stress ball is now finished and can be decorated any way you please, if at all.
